· We do not do frequent mailings; usually about 6 or 8 a year - 2 or 3 newsletters and 2 or 3 announcements for sales or shows or whatever.
· We do not share our maling list with anyone outside of the listserver service that distributes our newsletter email notice. See our Policies Page.

· The newsletter will be sent to the email address used to subscribe. A differing "reply-to-address" feature is not provided.
· In a short time you will receive a confirming email and you must reply within 72 hours of receipt.
· We hope you enjoy our newsletter and we promise not to overwhelm you with constant mailings.

· If you signed up on the handwritten list in our store and did not receive a newsletter, a typing error or the fact that we could not decipher your writing could produce a problem. Please use the subscribe proceedure above to correct this problem.
· We do a bulk e-mailing to several hundred recipients at a time (yep, that's spamming) and your spam filter may snag it unless you put our address (bmonewsletter@bmo.talklist.com) in as an exception, friend, or whatever your spamblocker calls it.
